Assessment

My approach involves a deep conversation with the business leadership which allows me to prepare an assessment matrix wrt. to which I then individually grade all members of the data science team through in-person interactions.

The exercise culminates in an elaborate report with recommendations on areas to focus on. I can then help you with either providing the training (a separate service) or identify resources that can be referred to.
